Our Journey
2022 — The Problem, Up Close
Inside UAE accounting and business-setup firms we found the same story everywhere: WhatsApp groups doing the job of project management, deadlines living in someone's head, documents in five places and clients calling daily for updates. RAIMS Digital Technologies began mapping every one of those problems.
2023 — Research & Development
A full year of structured R&D across live firms — sitting with accountants, PROs and partners, documenting workflows and validating every planned feature against real practical difficulties before development began.
2024 — Building & Field-Testing
Our engineers built Risper CRM module by module and proved each one inside operating companies — collectively employing close to 3,000 staff — refining until the software matched the reality of daily firm life.
2025 — Going Live
Risper CRM launched as a complete 8-module platform — client portal, employee portal, operations, sales & accounts, secured document storage, meetings and more. Our first firms were fully live within 72 hours.
2026 — Measured Results, Growing Reach
Today firms across the UAE and Middle East run their practice on Risper — reporting better revenue, 90%+ client retention and hours saved every week. And we keep shipping: smarter automation and AI-assisted working are already inside the platform, with more releasing every quarter.
